Business Bay property was strongly established as the preferred clientele’ preference in Dubai through the first quarter, generating Dh1.84 billion in the very first quarter from 1,202 transactions, ahead of Dubai Marina, which had Dh1.81 billion but from only 524 bargains. In terms of deals done through mortgages, Dubai Marina turned out to be tops during this period, with 226 deals at Dh444 mil.
